Minor Price Increase on Bagged Malts Effective 8/2/21
Earlier this year, BSG introduced a more comprehensive pricing structure, pricing our bagged malt products to the tenth of a cent. This was done to minimize turbulent price increases on a per pound basis and only pass the true fraction of the increase to our customers. Unfortunately, we continue to experience unprecedented surges in worldwide logistics and freight costs. Due to this we will be implementing a minor price increase on our Domestic and Imported bagged malts, beginning August 2, 2021.
- Rahr Domestic Malt will increase by $0.016/lb. on average
- Import Malts will increase by $0.018 to $0.024/lb. on average
