The pilot malt lab facilitates highly controlled pilot-scale malting of barley and wheat for breeding, malting, and brewing research.  The pilot malt lab can accommodate sample sizes 100- to 140 kg (220 – 308 lb). Longer turnaround times apply for malting services.
