The micro malt team produces highly controlled bench-scale malting of barley and wheat for breeding, malting, and brewing research. The micro malt lab can accommodate sample sizes as small as 100 to 1000 grams (0.22 – 2.2 lbs). Longer turnaround times apply for malting services.
