USA. The Moxee Valley of Washington is a sub-growing district in the northern part of Yakima Valley and its slightly cooler climate is known for producing outstanding aroma crops. El Dorado® was developed by CLS Farms, LLC in 2008 and released in 2010. CLS Farms is a multi-generational family hop farm.
Brewing Application
Enriched Hop Pellets can be used anywhere T-90 pellets would be incorporated, but are ideal for aroma, whirlpool and dry hop additions. Due to the higher concentration of acids and oils in enriched pellets, hop charges in many recipes can be reduced by approximately 50% vs. T-90 pellets or whole hop cones. We recommend conducting trials to determine the optimal usage rate for your formulation.

Dual-purpose hop variety with exceptional aroma qualities and high alpha acids. With juicy pineapple and tropical notes, El Dorado® is excellent in a variety of styles such as American Pales, IPAs, Hazy IPAs and more.
