Action: Powdered kettle fining agent derived from Irish Moss (Chondrus crispus). It is negatively charged to attract positively charged proteins, leading to improved trub compaction, enhanced beer clarity & longer filter runs.
Additional Notes: Whirlfloc BWS must be hydrated prior to addition & added 15 minutes prior to the end of boil.
An optimization is recommended to determine proper rate of use.

20 - 50 ppm ~ 2.5 - 6 g/bbl
