Now Hiring: Customer Service Manager
BSG is seeking to fill the position of Customer Service Manager that is opening due to an internal promotion. The role of the Customer Service Manager is to lead our customer service staff, while assisting with the resolution of customer questions and concerns, facilitating product knowledge and monitoring system resources.
The ideal candidate must have experience in customer service management, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The candidate must be detail oriented and proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. This is a dynamic position, and it requires an individual who is dedicated, a team player, and someone committed to maintaining the quality of BSG’s customer service team. Time management, organization skills, prioritizing, and communication are critical to successfully fulfill this role.
BSG supports the craft brewing, craft distilling, wine, cider, and home fermentation communities and industries by supplying select ingredients and equipment while operating a network of global supplier relationships.
