The flagship NZ hop, Nelson Sauvin™ doesn’t need an introduction to craft brewers in US and Canada. As the folks from the NZ Hops co-op write, “The complexity of the oils profile has seen selectors stretched looking for descriptors.”

Motueka™

Between its Saaz heritage and “fresh crushed Mojito lime” character, you could have a lot of fun with Motueka™ in a lager, sour, or saison … just sayin’.

Moutere™

Moutere™ is one of those big-personality hops: high alpha, high oil content, and a one-two punch of grapefruit and passionfruit aromatics.

Rakau™

Rakau™ is like asking for an apricot and getting the whole orchard. Very high oil content and sensory that center-stages stone fruit, tropical, and candy character.
