Malt Analysis Package B: Intermediate
Comprehensive malt analyses are essential information for producing consistent beer. Like the basic package, our intermediate package includes moisture, color, and fine-grind extract, and also includes friability, beta glucan, FAN, soluble protein, total protein, S/T ratio, diastatic power, alpha amylase, turbidity, pH, and viscosity.
The intermediate malt analysis package is great for maltsters and brewers without the in-house ability to perform all ASBC malt analyses, those requiring a second analysis to help troubleshoot malt-related issues, or maltsters set up for EBC testing in need of ASBC test results. Each test provides key information to the brewer who wants to make consistent beer.
