Introducing NZH-107

NZH-107 is a proprietary experimental release developed jointly between New Zealand Hops, Ltd. and Brewers Supply Group. NZH-107 was created as part of the BSG Hop Solutions program. 

Brewing trials consistently noted intense tropical fruit and citrus qualities, with guava, passion fruit, grapefruit, and lime specifically called out.

Brewing Application:

NZH-107 is excellent from first kettle to dry hop. Given its big character, our early trials with NZH-107 focused on intensely hop-forward styles like IPAs, pale ales, and dry-hopped pale lagers. 

About BSG Hop Solutions:

BSG Hop Solutions is a joint effort between the brewers, hop specialists, and brewing scientists on staff at BSG, BSG Hops, and the Rahr Technical Center.
