Origin: Washington, USA. Found growing wild in 1998 by Virgil Gamache Farms of Toppenish, WA. Grown and processed in Germany from the same plant as the Amarillo found in US fields.
Usage: Brewers find that T-45 pellets and their lower cellulose/higher lupulin content particularly desirable in whirlpool and dry hop additions.
Aroma & Flavor Characteristics: Diverse aromas depending on picking time. We have chosen three aroma types to offer to customers. Tropical/Fruit Punch, Lemon Candy, and Stone Fruit characteristics.
Maturity: Specific harvest timing enhances specific flavor/aroma characteristics.
Yield: 1500 lbs/acre, but varies by growing region.
