Fine Crushed Pineapple from BSG is made with 100% real pineapple and has been processed to meet consistent standards for brix, pH and flavor. Made from high-quality, 100% real fruit, fruit purees from BSG are perfect for brewers looking to create naturally fruit forward or subtly fruit flavored beers.
Fine Crushed Pineapple can be added during primary or secondary fermentation. Suggested dosage is 0.5 – 2 pounds of puree per gallon of finished beer. However, dosage will vary depending on the desired level fruit intensity and style of beer. It is recommended to trial different dosage rates in pilot batches to determine optimal addition rate.
Fine Crushed Pineapple from BSG has been aseptically processed and can be stored at ambient temperatures, rather than refrigerated or frozen. Giving it better consistency and availability throughout the year.
