Crisp Extra Pale Maris Otter®

Extra Pale Maris Otter® malt was originally developed for low color beer production in traditional craft breweries where a higher level modification is demanded for efficient extract delivery and good brewhouse performance.

Tasting notes include subtle sweetness, with bold grainy aromas, balanced with malt bread notes.

Due to the pale color this base malt can also be used for light continental styles or even cut with Crisp Lager Malt to form a slight malt base for fuller lager styles.
