BSG has made a significant investment in a new hop processing facility in the Yakima valley area of Washington. This new facility means that BSG has complete control of the entire supply chain from bale receipt and storage to shipping of finished goods in one location.

In this report, BSG President Ian Ward takes a look at the European and North American crops, contextualizing them into a global outlook, and touching on malt quality, yields, economics, and what brewers can expect.  This year's report has a wealth of knowledge, and we highly encourage brewers and brewery staff to review the report.
