Welcome to BSG CraftBrewing.  We hang our hats on selection of high quality ingredients, customer service and dedication to the craft beer industry and community.  Our team consists of people who have worked in the craft brewing industry for a long time; bringing unique insights, experiences and skills that make them consultants to your success.


  1. Fill out a BSG customer application obtained from our website (see below).  Fill out ALL sections of the application. 
  2. Submit the application with required TTB information or business license. Return by email or fax: email: | Fax: 952.224.1390
  3. Wait 3-5 business days for notification of your account details.
  4. Call 800-374-BREW (2739) and a customer service representative will happily assist you in placing an order.
  5. Enjoy the beer made from your BSG ingredients!

  1. BSG’s customer service line is available Monday- Friday from 7:30 AM CST- 6:00 PM CST.
  2. Please give our team sufficient time to process your order.  Orders are shipped within 1-3 business days of being placed.  Milled (crushed) grain orders will require an extra 3-5 days before shipping.  Milled malts are available from the following warehouses: CA, CO, MN, RI, and GA.
  3. Deliveries occur Monday through Friday.  If you are closed any of these days, please let us know. BSG will not be responsible for any re-delivery fees.
  4. Let us know if you need a lift gate, pallet jack, delivery notification, etc.  Some of these items will incur an additional charge.
  5. Delivery drivers are responsible for dropping off your products at your door or dock. If the driver brings your items inside your establishment for you, an additional Inside Delivery Charge will be assessed and billed to your BSG account.
  6. There is a small fee per wooden pallet shipped.  We do not accept returned pallets for a refund.
  7. Prices are subject to change without notice.
  8. Be environmentally friendly and select electronic invoicing!
  9. BSG warehouses are closed on the following U.S. holidays:
    1. President’s Day
    2. Good Friday
    3. Memorial Day
    4. Independence Day
    5. Labor Day
    6. Thanksgiving + Day after Thanksgiving
    7. Christmas Eve + Christmas Day
    8. New Year’s Eve + New Year’s Day
