2019 CBC Symposium Ale Features Rahr Malting Co. & Weyermann® Ingredients

 
The beer, a red brut IPA called “2019 Craft Brewers Conference Symposium Ale,” was brewed at Sleeping Giant Brewing Company in Denver as a collaboration between members of the Colorado Brewers Guild. Weighing in at 7.0% abv and 42 IBUs with color adjustment from the Sinamar®, the 2019 CBC Symposium Ale will be available to attendees of the Craft Brewers Conference (also look for it at #JunosBar, the BSG beer station at booth #15065).
